Was nice to have the extra room compared to Pelican. We also appreciated the amount of light. The bed upstairs was surprisingly soft. Way too soft/unsupportive for us. Our only suggestion would be to get a firmer mattress.

The house owners get kudos. The place was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well fitted out. And the place was 50 feet from the boardwalk to the beach! Well done!

We had a lovely stay at 735 Spinnaker Beach House. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The house was clean and very comfortable. Having it so close to the boardwalk was a wonderful plus. We cooked a lot and we were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was kitted out- not very common in rental houses. The beach was amazing and our dog thought he was in heaven. The weather was fabulous, for February, and the large pod of dolphins playing off shore on our last night made it even better. We hope to come back next year!

Crisp, open, bright, light and perfect. Some of the things we loved Pelican's Nest, pool, beach access, indoor pool. Loved the bikes, too, for our teenagers to be independent and as another way to experience the beauty of the island. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool, and the upstairs deck.

Our most recent stay at 735 Spinnaker was above and beyond expectations, again. We have enjoyed staying at this property for the third year in a row. The home is lovely and provided everything we needed for our stay. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and the open concept dining and living room allowed our family to spend lots of time together. We enjoyed the games and books left at the home for us to enjoy and it was easy and fun. Outside of the home, we enjoyed the easy beach access, short walk or bike to the pool, and some other fun adventures like the crabbing dock, dolphins sighting and turtle watch. We plan to come back again soon and check out a few new things. There is just so much to do, and also so easy to just relax and do nothing!
