We love this property-- second time at this specific Spinnaker and we will be back. Well appointed, kitchen is beautiful, great screened in porch, loved having blankets in the family room. A great week in our favorite place!

We had such a wonderful time during our Seabrook vacation. We love the property we stayed in and have rented the same property for several years. Thank you to the Coastal Getaways team for helping us rent this property next year. The home is well provisioned and comfortable. We love Seabrook for several reasons: The Beach, especially at low tide when we can walk from the Pelican Watch beach over to the North Beach; The dog friendly atmosphere; The Lakehouse Fitness Facility – we both use this Facility daily (we are not golfers or tennis players – this is our jam); and finally, The friendliness of everyone we meet. I want to thank the Coastal Getaway team for your professionalism and “can do” spirit. We look forward to returning next January and February.

I love Seabrook and have been going for 15 years. This was my first time staying in a Spinnaker beach house. I really loved this property. The updates are gorgeous, especially the kitchen, and I loved all the different decks, balconies, and porches. It was a really comfy place to stay.

This is a really beautiful little villa. Super comfortable and the beach is right across the street. Highly recommend!
