Such a wonderful condo. Steps from the beach. Everything was lovely and perfect for our get away

I loved that I could bring my small dog and feel comfortable that it was easy to keep the unit clean with the LVP floor. He is 15 and it was the trip of a lifetime for the two of us, so thank you for having pet-friendly units. The unit had everything I needed in the kitchen, and all was well maintained. I worked at the large counter/table. The only things that could be improved: it’s about time for the mattress to be replaced, and the furniture was dated, but it did have all the space I needed. The AC struggled to keep up with the humidity.Thank you for asking for feedback. It is what makes me feel confident staying at your properties. First floor unit was perfect for a few days with my small dog. Very convenient, right next to beach walkway, easy walk to beach. We did hear footsteps from the unit above on occasion but it wasn’t bad. Kitchen was well-stocked, furniture very comfortable, beach chairs and cart were a plus. Bath was very nicely renovated. AC didn’t quite keep up with humidity and mattress could use replacing but was still comfortable. Overall, fantastic stay.

We've stayed in this property for 6 or 7 years. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The walk to the boardwalk is short and the sunsets are amazing! We love the beautiful beaches and quietness. Thank you for your hard work keeping the unit clean and well stocked.

Villa was great. View and location were amazing! Dogs loved every minute of play time on the beach!
