We have been coming to Seabrook Island at least once a year for 25 years, and although we always had a good time, we sometimes had not perfect rentals. This one was a really nice one! It is not newly remodeled, but very inviting and most importantly functional! None of those silly upgrades that don’t make any sense:) A ton of dishes and kitchen equipment, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed that it is a end unit with pond view. Nancy’s agency is the best! No hassle booking, checking in and answering every phone call and email promptly. Perfect!

Having family next door rather than being crowded into a single villa enhanced everyone's vacation experience. The property's interior was very pretty and well appointed. We appreciated your efficiency and cordiality, as well as the package of amenities and information that you offered.

Nancy, you did a wonderful job managing the property at 760 Spinnaker. The condo was beautiful and contained everything we needed. It was an extra bonus that you sent your husband over with a brand new coffeemaker when we said we did not have K-cups for the Keurig coffeemaker.It was a wonderful South Carolina experience. We will sing the praises of Seabrook Island and Spinnaker Beach House here in the Midwest. That southern charm goes a long way!

We had a wonderful vacation to Seabrook Island. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Spinnaker. The accommodations were excellent and exceeded our expectations.

760 Spinnaker is such a lovely unit that it's hard say which aspect we most enjoyed: the beauty, the serenity and the security all contributed to our enjoyment of the property. We loved the fact that there are 4 decks, that we could "catch the rays" at any time of day. 760 Spinnaker is a lovely unit, and we look forward to our stay next March.
