As always we enjoyed our visit to Seabrook! The 725 Spinnaker location was great, close to the beach and a wonderful view of the golf course. The house was nicely decorated and the kitchen well supplied, one of the best we’ve stayed in.

It was our second visit staying at 725 Spinnaker. We thoroughly enjoy it! House conditions were excellent and views outstanding. Kitchen is well stocked. It was our fourth trip to Seabrook and we enjoy everything. The views, sunsets, hiking, the beaches, biking, kayaking, and the meals at Pelicans Nest. We look forward to returning in 2022.

The house was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and everything that was needed was there. It felt like home! The only tricky issue was getting the lock box for the front door key back in. It was hard to get the lock box cover re-inserted. But that was a small thing. Everything else was amazing. Thanks for doing such a great job!

We have stayed on this property several times and always find it well maintained and the perfect beach getaway. Even on a rainy day you can watch the wildlife from the big wall windows. On sunny days it is fun to watch players arrive at the 18th golf hole. I hope Pelican Nest will stay open in October. We plan to return and that is such a great time to sit outside. The beach s’mores idea should continue.

This is our 3rd spinnaker property, It compared equally to the others we have stayed in-we chose close to the club and beaches all times. This unit we enjoyed the location with direct views of the 18th green, the 2 porches off the master bedroom with chairs and tables were great to lounge or have a drink or coffee at different times of day. Also the screened in front patio were great for dining outside yet protected. We even used it to read and do computer work(nice to be outdoors and covered and with a fan. The instructions and info in the unit were very useful and easy to follow.
