PROS: Great location on golf course saw alligators & cranes, short walk to beach. Extremely comfortable condo: nice king bed w/fan in master (upstairs), spacious living/dining kitchen area- kitchen extremely stocked w/everything, closets full of extra everything!! Great AC! Nice front deck w/built in gate for pets. Bathrooms: handheld shower heads, deep large bathtub/shower & walk in. Comfy couch & loveseat, w/ceiling fan. Splendid views from main level large windows & upstairs deck w/sunrise view. Nice new deck furniture. Very quiet and private. CONS: Many stairs-in & out. Very HOT when sun is out on decks w/no cover. Curtains don't fit windows or keep out heat or light. Listing shows umbrella on deck, there was none & not allowed to use awning, per owner; showed 2 bikes, there was 1 rusty bike in a hard to access closet cluttered & dirty w/spider webs in back of dark small carport. Carport tight, hard to park, needs lights. Challenging to unload. Lock box old & difficult to use.

We had a wonderful week at Seabrook! The house was great! It was very clean, easy check in and check out process, it was within walking distance to the pools and beach access. We absolutely loved our time there. Will definitely be visiting Seabrook again.

Nice , clean, accessible, fit all our needs. Did not know could not make golf reservation prior to noon? new rule--have always been able to play in early am--unless it is a seasonal rule.--so i played all my golf on Kiawah.

This is another visit to same property(3 or 4 time). Overall clean, has all amenities (glasses, ice, plates, utensils, pots/pans etc.. which we did use, accessible to Club, beach, pool and golf. Perfect. It is a nice porch but too hot and sunny in afternoon without covering. Thank you.

714 Spinnaker is a very nice unit, it is also very well maintained and was sparkling clean. We especially loved the front deck, it got the afternoon sun and has a wind block, so even if its 50, if in the sun, it is really warm. There are new sofas, which are very comfortable and attractive, we truly enjoyed our stay there.The beach in the winter is spectacular - I walk between 7-8 miles daily on both the North beach (at low tide) and Pelican - anytime. We love to ride bikes at Seabrook and just enjoy the sunny weather. Also we loved our trips to Charleston and we also did a tour of Georgetown - which is such a lovely and historical town.A working vacuum - the current vacuum really does not pick up much - I think it is meant for carpeting and there are all hard floors there. It turns on but it does not really do anything.A BIG THANK YOU! Have a great year - we will see you next February.

The home is walking distance to the beach and has a wonderful view of the golf course (where we watched a wood stork lose his catch to an osprey). Seabrook was quiet and enjoyable.
