We loved being right on the beach, walkable to beach club and golf course. Perfect location for access for walks/runs on beach and all the water. We walked to fireworks and to parade.HUGE and lovely. Well appointed in terms of furnishings/decor/household needs. We had well stocked bathrooms and kitchen and 3 nice bedrooms. The main bed was comfortable. Our kids said the queen and the full were a little hard. We were sad there was no outdoor grilll, but totally understand the hazard and made due just fine. The keypad entry made it very easy as we had 7 people and were not always together. Really beautiful and very comfortable for our party of 7.

Place was pretty clean, but not great. Carpet under the table has seen better days. Communication and structions from Coastal Getaways were perfect! Great place, we loved it!

Great location, quick easy walk to the beach. Beautiful sunset views of the ocean. Perfect size for our family of five. Very clean and well kept. This is our third time to the island and we would definitely stay at this villa again!

Awesome location overlooking the beach and ocean. 2nd floor made the view! Definitely will book again!

Over the past 5 years, we have grown to love Seabrook! It's a beautiful place, well maintained, gorgeous beaches and all the amenities we need.This is our second time in 1346 Pelican Watch Villa. The size and layout of this villa are perfect for us. We love the location. The sunset views from the deck are spectacular. The house is generally comfortable and well maintained. I do think the kitchen was not in as great shape this year as it was last year but there were no deal breakers in this area. The amenity card access is critical for us and much appreciated.One of the things I like best about this trip is working with your company. Coastal Getaways of SC makes it all so easy and are so pleasant to work with. Your communication is excellent!  We had a great time and hope to be back next year!

It was our 25th year coming to Seabrook and it never disappoints! Hopefully we will go for the next 25 years…
