This property had everything we needed, was conveniently located across from the beach and close to the pool (we drove, but we could have walked), was clean and had beautiful views. Bonus that it was pet friendly. The property managers were very responsive. We will be back!

Nice little condo, with a great balcony overlooking the ocean and river outlet. The beach club and grill were a nice feature.

Of course we enjoyed our granddaughter’s wedding and all the activities associated with it. The outdoor setting was incredible. The Pelican Watch facility was great. The location of our 1325 condo was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the deck from which we observed some beautiful sunsets. The views from the living room were spectacular. We had some difficulty getting into the island as the gate guards didn’t recognize our QR code as being sufficient for entry and asked for a verbal password. It took some talking from someone else to get us in. The property provided everything anybody would want.Thanks for your help in making our granddaughter’s wedding and our vacation come together so beautifully.

Everything was great on our vacation to Seabrook. The best things were how clean the property and condo were! We appreciated how responsive you all were to any questions, etc. We would highly recommend this place and Coastal Getaways.

This place is even more updated, clean and spacious than it looks in the pictures online. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The furniture is comfortable and also seems to be all new. The aesthetic is beautifully coastal. If you love sitting on a breezy, peaceful deck looking out at water, this is the place for you. I wanted a little get away but also needed work from home—the wifi was strong and I could work out on the deck. I also ate all my meals out there too. One evening a beautiful rainstorm moved in across the water and I could watch it all safely from the deck. It was gorgeous. If you will be using the club amenities and pool, it is easily walkable. There are multiple accesses to the river side beach which loops around to the Atlantic side too if you like to take long beach walks. I highly recommend this place and would happily return.
