This house is amazing from the view to the layout to the cleanliness! Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Coastal efficiently communicates and everything you need to know is in a nice binder upon arrival! Check-in was a breeze! Best comfortable seating in the living room that we have ever had in an AirBNB home and we have stayed in many.

This was an amazing home to stay in!! Just steps away from the beach, we enjoyed views of the marsh from the back deck. Located in beautiful Seabrook, this area was fun to explore and experience. The home had plenty of space for us all to spread out and the open floor plan was perfect for gathering in one spot. Lots of wonderful personal touches that made us feel welcomed. Will for sure stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook and the house was perfect for our family of 7. The location was ideal, right across from a beach access. The marsh views from the back deck were beautiful. I gave 4 starsrather than 5 for cleanliness only because there was trash strewn around the yard when we arrived. Clearly a critter had gotten into the trash cans. We requested it be picked up but that never happened so my husband picked it all up. Also there is a large stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a lovely house and we would absolutely stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay at Seabrook. Some of the highlights of our stay were dolphin watching on north beach, riding bikes all over the island, enjoying the beach and pool, and horseback riding. The house was wonderful, and exceeded our expectations. It is a great house and one we would gladly stay in again. We hope to be back next year!

This was our fifth year in a row at Seabrook Island. and our best vacation yet. Our location on Oyster Cater Court was great - access to the beach was key and having access to the club is always a game changer. The strand on north beach is fantastic always, especially at low tide. 2278 Oyster Catcher Court was great- open, bright floor plan. All of the natural light morning and evening is great. The family room is large and very comfortable.

Eight of us stayed in this house. Our group included 2 children ages 10 and 5 and 2 seniors. Everyone liked it. The house is very well equipped and most comfortable. The location suited our needs perfectly and we would welcome returning.
