The proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The oceanfront view and easy access was the best we have ever experienced. Even with a few rainy days, the back porch was still perfect. The house is perfect – great layout – cannot complain at all. The owners have thought of everything. We let the college age kids stay downstairs and enjoy the separate den/tv. We brought our own bikes and used them daily. Next time we may go ahead and rent a golf cart. It’s not necessary, but makes roaming around a little more fun.

Can't wait to return next year! It was such a short notice vacation. We really didn't want to take a vacation during the pandemic, but needed to get away. We decide to come to Seabrook Island, which was our first time and what a great pick.. Our house was so lovely, and clean 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom home on a private beach. No crowd on the beach, you had more than 6 feet of social distance. You just walk out your back door and your on the beach. Kids really enjoyed there time at this home, bike riding on the beach, everyday going on the beach either taking a early morning walk or getting in the ocean, What a time we had during this pandemic.

The location is fabulous- right on the beach but easy access to food, shops. The beach is never crowded and everyone is friendly and respectful. Second time we stayed at this property. We will always try to stay there. Well appointed, well taken care of and great location. Property management is top notch. The information we received said there were no beach towels and not to take bath towels. We brought two beach towels because all we could fit in luggage. We did find some at the house. When flying across country its just prohibitive to bring our own so having beach towels and a few more beach chairs (we found 3) would be ideal. The screened in porch is one of the best features- you get the ocean experience but out of the sun. To that end keeping the bushes as trimmed in front of it as possible helps with the view (it was much better this time as compared to last time we were there)

Terrific house. Only thing I’d change is to move a little further down the beach and escape the over crowding coming off the pool area. The over flow kinda ruined the private feel of the beach. Lots of people, music we didn’t care for played too loud and proximity to people too close. All in all a great week. We just need to rent 6 houses or more from the pool or more next year.

Loved getting back to Seabrook. The house was nice, but really needed 1 more bedroom for us. It seemed pretty well stocked. The only thing we looked for and couldn’t find were crab crackers.

We had a blend of 2 families and this house/space was terrific! The house was just as advertised and beautiful. The kitchen was so well stocked all cookware needed was there. Very impressive.
