Great beach trip! Perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed and a great view of the golf course.

Location was perfect. We enjoyed watching the parade from our window and easy access to the beach/pool area. The place was clean and well stocked. Only concern is air conditioning. On the main floor little air came out of the vents. Some vents had no air flow. This resulted in needing fans to run on that floor as it was uncomfortable otherwise. On the 2nd floor the AC was overpowered and too cool. However, needed it to keep running to compensate for the poor airflow on the first floor. If this is addressed I would book again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was open but still had a floor plan that allowed for privacy. It has a huge island and the kitchen was stocked incredibly well! The bedrooms were a great size. It basically has 2 master bedrooms, since the upstairs bedroom is large with a king bed and a big bathroom. They also has beach chairs and a beach cart in the garage that were perfect for our beach days. Highly recommend!

The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The bed was good -- as was the AC and wifi. It was also quiet. Nice location with a small beach right there -- and then just a walk or short bike ride to the pool. Our only suggestion would be for the outdoor deck furniture. No one needs a six person dining table -- with no umbrella -- for a 1 BR unit. They should really have two lounge chairs and an umbrella to maximize the use/value of the deck space.

Our family schedules a summer beach vacation every year to a new destination. We started this tradition in 2014 and we have 11 in our group. The house and pool area was so clean and beautiful!
