Peaceful and not crowded, but great amenities with pool, Lake House and Pelican Nest restaurant. Close to fun activities on John's Island/Bohicket Marina/Freshfields Village. Great location and appreciate pet friendly. Nice property and well appointed HOWEVER, air conditioner does not cool bedrooms (upstairs or downstairs) well enough for comfortable sleeping. Fans are NOT good enough. Thank you for ordering beach chairs. Left them in closet under house.

We enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the quiet ambience of Seabrook and the easy access to different beaches. We liked the amenity card and the pool in the development. We appreciate that you responded quickly to our questions and concerns.The property was clean and was a nice location close to the water. We liked the outside seating. We liked the washer/dryer and kitchen and Keurig. The outside hose was good to wash off beach sand. The beach chairs were much appreciated!

Loved our stay! Celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary, and it was perfect. Very peaceful, the water was amazing, saw deer every morning and evening right from our back deck. Will definitely come again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy Turtle Cottage. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay at Seabrook Island. We loved the back screened in porch to enjoy our meals, watch rv and to relax. The bathrooms are nicely updated. The kitchen has everything you need with newer appliances. The bedrooms are comfortable with a tv in every room. The family room has a large tv with and comfortable furniture. We will definitely be back to enjoy another week at this cottage!

For the last 20+ years, I've stayed at one Pelican Watch or another but wanted more room this year. I was not disappointed. Although I gave up being at the beach's edge, it was only a few more steps and the unit was clean, roomy and well-appointed.
