The communication from Coastal Getaways from booking through departure could not have been more helpful. We were prepared with amenity cards, gate passes, and island activities before we even arrived.The home was well stocked for all kinds of food preparation. We also had a good starter supply of paper goods and cleaning products. We are thrilled to have discovered this gem of a location for family gatherings. As wildlife and bicycling enthusiasts, we plan to be repeat visitors and show our appreciation for this very special environment. We will be in touch for a birthday getaway in September! What a great spot for a big family gathering! We love Seabrook Island for its wide variety of activities; everyone can find something they enjoy, from the beach to tennis to golf, shopping, hanging by the pool, fishing.... we love it all! And this home was the perfect place for the 10 of us to share breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen, come together for dinner in the lovely dining area, have silly game night in the family room, sleep soundly in beautifully appointed bedrooms. We would come back again in a minute!

This villa exceeded our expectations with its great location and immaculate condition. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, pool, and restaurant, it offers the convenience of having everything within reach. Perched on the second floor, the villa provides incredible views of the ocean, palm trees, and scenic landscapes exactly as advertised. The villa is well-stocked with all the essentials, including spices and cookware for preparing meals, as well as some beach gear. It features two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and clean bedding. The island itself is breathtaking, filled with lush trees, moss, and beautiful homes. The beach is wide and stretches out on both sides, offering plenty of space to enjoy the sun and surf. Amenity cards are a must if you want access to the nearby outdoor pool or the gym and indoor lap pool at the Lake House, which is about 10 minutes away by car within the same island and available for a daily fee. One downside is the limited areas for our dog to do their business. While the golf course is understandably off-limits to pets, it's great that the island allows dogs off-leash before 10 am and after 5 pm, and on-leash during the day. Another minor inconvenience is that the only grocery store is about 15 minutes away, and the prices are higher than at regular stores. Overall, this villa is an excellent choice for anyone seeking amazing ocean views and a prime location close to all amenities. We would definitely return to this property.

We enjoyed the location, close to beach, and beach club pools and service. This rental has everything you might need, especially kitchen items, and beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again.
