The beach was quiet and perfect for the whole family to enjoy! Sipping virgin pina coladas by the pool was wonderful! We took advantage of the equestrian center and had fun on a horseback ride.The landscape, peace, a solitude were perfect! It was very comfortable, had great views, and most everything we needed. It fit our family of 8 with no problems. We loved having the bikes and beach equipment to utilize.

Great location, very quiet, close to the beach and pool. The house is very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed in the house. Only regret is we didn’t spend more days there. We had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.Communication is great with CGOFSC. I appreciate your prompt replies when I asked questions.

We had a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island. The house was perfect for us with plenty of space for me and my husband, 2 adult children and our dog.

The house was absolutely beautiful and my family loved it. My husband and I stayed with our 4 boys, ages 15 - 26, and they all agreed that it was the perfect spot. The pool table was a definite bonus. The house felt very comfortable (great furniture) and there was plenty of space to lounge around. The kitchen was huge and the gigantic island made it easy to prep and serve food. Providing the beach umbrella and chairs was very nice. I appreciated how clean everything was. The bathroom and closet in the downstairs primary bedroom were fantastic. We used the amenity cards everyday and the gate passes were very easy. We rented an LSV from Lightning Bugz which made it fun and easy to get around the island. Our favorite beach access point was Boardwalk 6. The beaches were uncrowded and beautiful. We also did a morning horse ride through the Equestrian Center. Freshfields Village was a great area to have nearby. We didn't get to see any sea turtles or alligators.We loved Seabrook and the house and would definitely stay there again!

The location and the view was the most obvious plus with this property. It was really clean and well maintained. We were visiting the island for a family wedding and we were not disappointed. We had never been to South Carolina before and loved everything Seabrook Island had to offer. We visited local attractions like the Angel Oak, Patriots Point, a plantation, and nearby shopping. My family and I walked along the beaches and enjoyed the island wildlife. It is very different from the midwest. I would definitely try to stay at this same Villa again if we were to revisit the island. This Villa is well taken care of and any minor repairs that needed to be done were done very quickly.We brought most things that we needed, and it was nice to find some extra of everything. Although we did not need them, it was nice to find extra shampoo, dish soap, sun screen, ziplock bags, and beach chairs. Everything was provided that we would need. When I make a public review I will mention how well you are taking care of this location.
