The wildlife, close access to beach/pool and the beautiful scenery. Very family oriented. The property was very clean, and updated nicely. Perfect for our family of 4. It was as expected for a vacation condo and thankful for that. Beautiful view off deck and enjoyed watching the golfers, deer, birds and alligators.

We had a marvelous time. Great house for family. The younger children really enjoyed their “private space” upstairs. House had a great floor plan. The pool and downstairs area was wonderful for entire family. I feel that we had all the information we needed and the home was well supplied. The refrigerator in the garage did not seem to be cooling well. The freezer was fine. We struggled with the limited refrigerator space.

We have been coming to Seabrook for several years now and 509 Tarpon Pond exceeded our expectations! The location was fantastic as we were on the golf course and very close to the beach and pool. The cottage has had many updates and feels very modern. The bathrooms and showers are beautiful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and then some! The A/C works great and even keeps the loft area incredibly cool. We spent a lot of time under the covered port where you can find seating, corn hole, darts and SO much more! We plan to book this cottage anytime we visit Seabrook. Most importantly, Coastal Getaways is fantastic! If you want to go on vacation and not worry about a thing, go through them. They have been taking care of us for years and not one complaint!

We had family including grandkids age 1, and age 2. We enjoyed mornings at the sound beach, and our dog also enjoyed that. We also enjoyed using both pools, and the bar drinks were great also. I enjoyed sitting in the oceanfront chairs toward the end of my afternoons. Spinnaker is an appropriately updated unit, and all rooms include a large bed, updated large bath, and closet. No issues about someone having a lesser room situation. Everything was appropriately communicated, though I anticipated the "outdoor shower" would have privacy walls around it. We had everything in the house we needed and more, such as food pantry basic items of spices and seasonings. Also, the unit has many beach chairs, and toys included. We enjoyed Seabrook, 770 Spinnaker, and our experience with Coastal Getaways. I plan to return but next time I will know to book through Coastal Getaways directly!

This house had just about everything we could have needed! The owners thought of everything; tv’s in every room, bicycles, beach chairs, gas grill (no brush to clean it though), coffee maker with keurig, liquid soap, and plenty of towels! The agency was wonderfully responsive when I informed them that I had left a couple of things behind! My only note for families with older adults…the main dining area in the house is a “high top” table with stools w/o backs. The dining table/chairs is outside on the screened in porch and it was too hot to eat outside!
