The property is absolutely lovely! Bright and inviting. Everything we needed for our long weekend together. Quiet neighborhood. Pool just steps from the front door. Wonderful amenities nearby. Would love to return.

We having been going to Seabrook Island since 1996. It is one of our favorite places for a family vacation. We enjoy the weather, beaches and amenities. Never over crowded. We have booked our stays with Coastal Getaways several times. We appreciate their timely responses to my many emails and quick attention to any problems with the rental units.The house was lovely and would highly recommend the property. The den can be converted to a queen bedroom, however the full glass door doesn't give guests privacy. If we had adults using the apace that may have been an issue. The kitchen is fabulous with high end appliances. Plenty of towels and very clean. The out door shower is perfect after a day at the beach. The house is located very close to the board walk.We have seen numerous changes over the years. The current gate pass policy is a bit inconvenient and annoying but not a game changer. We will definitely rent this unit again and always rent through Coastal Getaways. Nancy and her team are A1.

Beautiful home and area

The exclusivity of the community. This was our first time staying here. The beaches were empty and beautiful. We are going to book again for next year in Seabrook. We enjoyed the cleanliness and how well stocked it was. We enjoyed dinners and it felt like home. I'm a person with high standards and expectations. Overall, this home met and sometimes exceeded my expectations. . The email communications from Coastal Getaways were very helpful especially for a first timer. I will highly recommend this home to others. It's an updated, comfortable home that is clean and offers a lot of amenities. Please thank the owners from us for their hospitality. We give this home 5 stars.
