This property is the most accurate description of what you get…a lovely home that is clean and great for family to relax and make meals together. The beach is close by, and the morning walks under the canopy of trees is wonderful. Golf is close by and plentiful. We would highly recommend this property. The only criticism is the Beach club food is way overpriced. If you don’t want/need a pool, forego the amenity card. You can do better going into Freshfields or about 15 mins up the road to Minero or Blu Oyster! We look forward to visiting this home again since our family is growing in Savannah!

Property was very clean and very well laid out. Full compliment of kitchen accessories. The only negative was that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and a bit uncomfortable. That said, I would stay at this property again.

We loved the house and beach. It was beautiful, well appointed and great location. As always Coastal getaways was very quick to help with the few things that we had issues with…wasps nest, toilet handle and slow ice maker.

We've been coming down for years and just absolutely love the entire experience, this was our longest trip yet and it was perfect!The property was perfect for our family and dogs, plenty of space, well stocked, and comfortable beds. We've been staying for years and this was the best one yet! Honestly I would pass along to the owners the place is amazing, we loved it, I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Screened in porch was in need of some TLC in some spots with the screens but nothing major.

As always, Coastal does a great job providing check-in information and is very responsive. The care in providing a clean and comfortable rental is flawless. I’ve rented from Coastal more than a handful of times and I have always been satisfied. 777 Spinnaker was a beautiful unit! Updated with a great master. Loved the space it provided our 3 person family and dog.

We have visited Kiawah and Seabrook for 20 years. We made the switch over to Seabrook about 5 years ago and love how it's a little quieter. This was our favorite place we have rented and we will definitely check it as our first option when booking future rentals. We loved the marsh view and I could've sat in the sunroom and read all day long. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were more comfortable than other rentals we have stayed in, and the carport area to keep bikes and beach items was so nice. The unit was immaculately kept. The communication received from Coastal Getaways ahead of time was very helpful. We look forward to rented through you again!
