This Villa is located within walking distance of the main facilities, the Lake House with restaurants, bars, golf course as well as the pool and beach access. The house also has good water views. It's on a private cul-de-sac with plentiful parking. Amenities include everything you need for a short or long term stay.

The house was as advertised and in good condition. It included everything you would need for a short or long term stay. Also close to most of the major facilities within the resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at 2240 Rolling Dune. The unit was spacious and comfortable, with a great location 5 mins from the beach. The complex was quiet and private. Coastal Getaways were great to work with - we had a small issue with the tv that was promptly resolved by the local cable company. Highly recommend beautiful Seabrook!
