We absolutely love the slower family atmosphere of Seabrook Island. We came over Fourth of July with our whole family and needed an extra rental home for our daughter, her husband, our small grandchild and my parents who are in their eighty’s. We love the safe walking and biking opportunities for all ages. Seabrook Island is a very special place. 1515 Deer Pointe Villa is one of our favorite rental properties at Seabrook. It is decorated nicely, newly renovated. The kitchen and den area are perfect for family gathering. We enjoyed playing board games there with the family. I especially like the den area that looks out over the beautiful marsh. There are big picture windows but it is actually very private. You can see all sorts of wildlife. There is a small porch area off the den with a few chairs. My 85 year old father just loved sitting there every day. He would read, drink his coffee and watch the wildlife in the marsh & still feel apart of our group. In fact, when the beach was too hot, he was more than happy to sit there and enjoy the sites and read. Our grandson loved that spot as well. There is such a nice breeze. Upstairs off a bedroom there is another outside sitting area looking over the marsh. The owners have appointed the villa with everything that is needed. All beds so comfortable. This villa is unique in having three true bedrooms, when others in that area do not. The newly renovated bathrooms are perfect. The villa is also walking distance from the crabbing dock and kayak launch. We would walk there daily. It is also a corner villa so more privacy. We celebrated the Fourth of July holiday and my husband’s birthday. Perfect spot for both. Kitchen is wonderful and has everything that is needed. All new. I would say the refrigerator was a bit small for the food that needed to be held for a week. But we absolutely made due. And ice was limited for a bigger family. Kitchen was easy to cook in & feed a group. Lots of places to sit and eat.

We had a lovely Girls Long Weekend stay at 2999 Hidden Oak Drive on Seabrook Island. The house is well appointed for a large group - there were 8 of us - including spacious bedrooms (with very comfortable beds!), plenty of baths, a large well-equipped kitchen, and indoor and outdoor areas which are ideal for gathering or for finding a quiet space. We spent most mornings together lounging with coffee and conversation on the screened-in porch, which overlooks the picturesque golf course and beautiful trees, before heading out for the day's adventure. The location of the home was ideal for all kinds of Seabrook activities. We hopped on bikes daily to visit nearby beaches, tennis, fitness center, and pickle ball courts (available with the additional purchase of an Amenity Card). There is an outdoor shower which is convenient when returning from the beautiful nearby beaches. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were perfect for meals and games together on nights when we didn't visit nearby restaurants. This was the perfect home and spot for our time together. It's obvious that a great deal of thought and effort has been put into making this a comfortable and luxurious vacation spot. We hope to return again year after year.

Beautiful, well appointed, clean property with incredible views.

The home was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The welcome book was full of great information about the area that was very useful during our stay. The location of the home was perfect for us. We love Spinnakers Reach when we stay at Seabrook Island. The view out of the back of the house was really nice too!
