Trip was great.

Location was perfect. We enjoyed watching the parade from our window and easy access to the beach/pool area. The place was clean and well stocked. Only concern is air conditioning. On the main floor little air came out of the vents. Some vents had no air flow. This resulted in needing fans to run on that floor as it was uncomfortable otherwise. On the 2nd floor the AC was overpowered and too cool. However, needed it to keep running to compensate for the poor airflow on the first floor. If this is addressed I would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed 703 Spinnaker. The proximity to the beach afforded great views of the seabirds and sunsets. The accommodations were most comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We rode our bikes and walked on the beach most every day. Our visit to Seabrook was wonderful as always and we look forward to returning in 2024.

I spent the month of January, 2023 vacationing at 703 Spinnaker, and found the accommodations very pleasing. It is a well decorated unit, well equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, and has a tremendous view with easy access to the beach. The winter weather was invigorating, and provided great opportunities for bird watching, and beach combing in relative isolation. A highlight of my beach experience was the frequent and close encounter with families of dolphins swimming and feeding just off shore. The quiet was a welcome opportunity to read and write, or pursue other personal interests. Although there are local golfing, tennis, and club eating facilities in close proximity to the unit, I did not avail myself of those activities. The weather, however, was mostly warm and dry enough to be able to enjoy both golfing and tennis. I would highly recommend this unit.
