One of the most beautiful vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! The location in the house is just perfect. The house has everything you will ever need for a perfect vacation and more. We were so fortunate that this is one of the only heated pools on seabrook Island. Renting bikes is a must! It’s not only a great way to get around the island but it’s part of the adventure of the vacation. The workout club is also a great facility on the island. We loved going to Freshfields for dinner and groceries. Also, the bike rides to Ben & Jerry’s was so special. There are so many things to do on the island we ran out of time to do everything!

I enjoyed my stay on Seabrook at 3290 Coon Hollow Rd. Getting to spend quality time with my friends in a way that we wouldn’t normally get to do at home. The island was beautiful and we had such a great time shopping, walking the beach, and eating lots of yummy food! It was absolutely incredible. I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals all over Florida, other parts of South Carolina, North Carolina, etc. and this was by far the most beautiful, well thought out home I’ve stayed in. Every last detail was considered (e.g. abundance of king size beds, en suite baths, bar and laundry space, floorplan, etc). I also appreciated that the house was extremely well stocked with utensils, plates/bowls, appliances so that you did not feel like you would run out instantly. Furnishings were beautiful and the back porches were amazing! Loved the pool too, even though it was too cold outside to enjoy it. Will stay again!

This was a beautiful house and area, loved how open and spacious all the rooms were. The house felt like a beautiful retreat with additions that I havent seen in other air bnbs- like two wine fridges, extra ice machine, heating drawer etc.

Stayed on island 2/23-2/29/24 Loved the beach, beautiful sunset and the food and shops in the surrounding area. The house was beautiful! Everything was new, clean and spacious. lovely place.

The property was absolutely stunning and well appointed, located close to the clubhouse and great shopping. A brand new, custom home in perfect condition offering a spacious layout and tastefully decorated. Standard provisions in the home exceeded our expectations. This was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this property.

We rented this gorgeous house for a Christmas / Thanksgiving family celebration. The house is in perfect condition! Well equipped with all the kitchen tools. I love the big Farm sink. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the screened deck. The kids had a great time at the pool. We played Pokeno and we had plenty of different spaces to choose from. The bedding and linens are super soft and cozy. Bedrooms sizes are perfect. We would definitely rent this place again!
