Our rental unit was very clean and recently renovated. Every detail had been considered, down to labels on the switches. The kitchen was by far the best stocked of any rental I have ever stayed in - everything had been thought off. I really liked the hybrid coffee maker/keurig. I will say that the queen mattress was a little too firm. I may have missed this in an email, but we didn’t realize the unit was on the 3rd floor. The elevator made things very easy, though. I will definitely keep this unit in mind when we want to plan a weekend getaway!

Our summer stay at 2017 Marsh Walk was wonderful as the condo was perfect for our family. It was everything we were looking for and the owners went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was great. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the internet was very fast when I needed to work. We also made use of the board games and apps on the smart tv for streaming movies. We were impressed by the little things such as a combo Keurig/Drip coffee pot, throw blankets on the couches, a basket of tennis balls / dog toys, and light switches being labeled. There is a chest of beach and pool gear which meant we didn't have to pack a bunch of stuff - a huge plus. We looked forward to morning coffee and evening drinks on the screened-in back porch with great marsh views. The condo is very convenient to Bohicket and Freshfields which gave us a lot of options for meals on those nights where we didn't eat in Seabrook. We were close to the beach and the multiple boardwalks gave us different options of beachfront. Our kids looked forward to the bike rides to get there and the neighborhood pool after the ride home. I definitely recommend the amenity card as the pools/restaurants are nice and it makes grabbing a quick bite on a beach day very easy. Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice (great to have an extra hair dryer to use). The screened in porch and marsh view was awesome and provided a semi private area for quiet times, etc. We appreciated the attention to details (pots, pans, etc.) in the kitchen. Wonderful to have a washer and dryer with starter laundry detergent. Thanks to the owners for letting us use some of the beach chairs and beach wagon. Great rental---hope to come again soon! Thanks to you all for answering our questions in a timely manner!

Wonderfully updated and convenient location. Well-stocked with everything you could need and immaculately clean. Love the furnishings and screened in back porch. Great marsh view from the master!
