We had a wonderful stay! The house is amazing and gorgeous! The kitchen had all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc that we needed to cook meals. The appliances in the house were easy to use. My dad, who has insomnia, slept great on the mattress in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. The screened in porch was so great. We had fun watching the golfers, deer, and birds. We would definitely stay here again! This was my family's 1st visit to the island. My brother and his family have been coming here every year for 15 years. They planned most of the things we during our stay. My favorite things were hanging out at the house, going to the beach, eating crab cakes at Salty Dog, seeing the dolphins, and going to the Monday farmer's market by the grocery store. My kids loved everything especially the beach, seeing alligators, and playing hours of ping pong in the basement/garage. Everyone on the island is so friendly! We didn't know anyone but everyone waved and no one hesitated to converse with us. The sense of community is very strong, and I really love that. I also felt very safe b/c security is tight...especially with the gate check-ins. We didn't use the amenity cards. I didn't even pick them up. We decided after the 1st trip to the beach, that going to the pool couldn't compare. We can go to pools where we live. We didn't eat at the restaurant b/c the prices are not family friendly. I really appreciated that it was offered as part of the renter's agreement. Thank you for allowing my family to make wonderful memories at this house. This was my 1st vrbo experience. Everything in the process of the lease, passes, etc was really easy. When I sent emails, they were answered quickly. It was a very positive experience!
