The Baywood House is wonderful. The layout is fantastic and the house is spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom is beautiful and huge. The other bedrooms are large and comfortable. I really appreciated the ease of check out. Overall though, this is a fantastic rental and I look forward to returning next year.

So much fun! House was perfect

This was the 5th house we have rented on Seabrook and by far the best. Loved the screened in porch to relax and watch deer in the backyard. My teens loved the pool table. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great. The house was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable.

The house and neighborhood is great. Wonderful to each have an en suite bath. The kitchen was well stocked for our holiday meals and more. The screened porch was a welcome and cozy location to spend rainy days (can’t control the weather). Property manager was attentive and personable. Check in/out was easy. Having golf and the beach so close was great. And our two dogs were welcomed with special touches. Would we come back? Absolutely! Thanks!

The house is well maintained, a great layout for family, and dog friendly! It was our second stay and we hope to be back soon!
