The furniture is a bit dated, but the property was as described and the management was very accommodating with great communication. I would highly recommend this property for families and people traveling with a dog. The property grounds are very walkable with dog potty stations easily accessible. We had a great time.

It was a great weekend getaway! Everything we needed and perfect location, with gorgeous views!! I will say finding the actual condo was a little challenging but that could be solved with signage on the property. Loved the amenity card concept, the communication about submitting information for the cards wasn't super clear, and while the reality office was beyond helpful and friendly, those we encountered working in the amenities office were less so. Not that it could spoil our weekend but, I would say that their customer service skills could definitely use some work. That being said, we loved the whole place, the condo, the beach, the pool, and Seabrook Island as a whole, the rest of the family was jealous and want us to come back for Mother's Day!

Just what we needed for a quick getaway. The unit is clean and has the essentials. Loved the deck and the view in the morning and in the afternoon. Great spot to have a quiet time. If you’ve never been to the island, just be aware there’s not much in the way of amenities around you but enough if you’re just having a low-key week. Definitely bring bikes as you can bike everywhere.

My mom and I had a wonderful time at Seabrook. Thanks for all that y’all did to help make that happen!!The Coastal Getaways team is fabulous. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience, and were very responsive. We will definitely book with them again next time we visit!

We were very happy with our stay at 2928 Atrium Villa. The place was clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the ocean from every room. I particularly like the 2 sinks in both bathrooms. The king bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the table in the dining area, though we didn’t use it for dining. It provided the perfect spot for my husband to set up his computer and use it as a work space.The blue and white walk in shower is pretty, but not satisfactory water size and force from the main shower head for me. Fancy, but not as functional as an old fashioned shower. The other bath/shower could use a grab bar for us older folks.Spectacular views of the sky at both sunrise and sunset! Being near the golf course there was one problem.The one “problem” which is nothing the owners can fix, is that the location was noisy. Every morning the landscapers were out with their noisy gas blowers- before 7:00! We lived there for a month, and we would stay there again.
