Seabrook Island will be a staple for our family from now on. This unit is great for anyone hoping to make the most of the community and it’s offerings. Bikes were a huge plus!

The laundry machine broke and it was waiting for a part that possibly would take 5 days to get. Without reservation the rental company staff offered to do our laundry until it was fixed.

This was the easiest trip I have ever booked. Upon initial booking I had easy and quick communication with owner. Owner sent updated emails prior to arrival and notified us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. The condo was an excellent condition. Very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we could ask for. The location was perfect. It was just a short bike ride to the clubhouse and beach. Everyone had an excellent time and we would strongly recommend this condo for a perfect vacation retreat.

Everything was perfect! Only suggestion, have 2 keys, one wasn't convenient for four adults.

This unit was fine for our needs, good size, nice living space and nicely furnished. Was able to set up my laptop and monitor on the desk and work from there. Great to have good quality washer & dryer on site.

Seabrook properties are able to charge a premium these days, but not all properties are of premium quality. This unit was fine for our needs, good size, nice living space and nicely furnished. I suspect the owners know the unit's shortcomings, the bathrooms and kitchen are in need of refresh. The master shower is very small, fortunately we are not big people so it was fine. The kitchen needs more immediate attention. Little things like the blender, it must be 30 years old. The Mr Coffee maker doesn't work, the pots, pans were ok, but the baking pans are awful. I covered them in foil when baking dinners. The water dispenser on the fridge needs a new filter, water just trickles out and I was not sure how clean the water really was. The overhead kitchen light is ancient and is tempermental, high hats would be much nicer. There was a smell coming from the sink so we bought some baking soda and dumped it down regulalrly, seemed to help. Some of these items are a bit nit-picky, but I though the owners should know anyway.
