This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was super clean and in addition to the kayak, there were also a number of beach items to use as well. Kids loved the elevator and it was extremely convenient to bring in the luggage and then groceries. As you can see in the pictures, the best view is out the master window, but the second best is on the screened in porch. You could sit there for a couple hours every night seeing the bird life as the sun slowly sinks and the tide comes in. Plenty of room in every bedroom and each having their own bathroom is a huge plus. Highly recommend this property, no notes.

What we always love about Seabrook is the ability to relax and be in an environment that is very peaceful. The property was great, the kitchen was well equipped and lots of storage for dry goods/pantry items. The fridge was small, it was difficult to fit everything in, a separate beverage fridge might be useful. Loved the wide variety of DVDs, having plenty of extra blankets for curling up for a movie and the storage provided in the bedrooms. The 8 beach chairs were 5 standard, low sitting and 3 camp style. Not an issue for us but might be for others. We didn't use everything provided but knowing it was there is one of the reasons we chose this rental so thank you to the owners for that! The beds were very comfortable, loved having a W/D available so we could take home almost all clean clothes and towels. Your service was easy to reach and your help when we had the AC issue on Sunday was excellent-it's an unfortunate issue but you handled it very well so thank you for that too. We would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

Property was easy to get in and out of. Elevator was a nice perk to get luggage to third floor and groceries to second floor.

Wonderful property for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean, well-appointed and bedding was very comfortable. We loved watching the sunset from the back deck and walking down the dock. The location on the salt marsh was peaceful and perfect for us. We could walk to the pools and playground, birdwatch around the lake and bike to several different beach access points. We even biked to Kiawah Island beach, the grocery store and restaurants. Even if you aren’t as active as our group, this is still a great place to stay. It has an elevator for the mobility-impaired and easy access to all the highlights of Seabrook Island.

Loved the view from this beautiful Salt Marsh villa. Weather was wonderful and met new people in the Salt Marsh community. Lovely setting. Newish building with plenty of space. Handy elevator. Owners are neat and organized.Everything was disclosed nicely. Binder came in handy. TV was terrific and great picture once you got the knack of it. My husband was very impressed with the garage and how neat everything is in there. Very nice first experience with Salt Marsh. Owners have a real gem there. Thank you for another great stay on Seabrook! Have a nice summer!!

We loved the new villa. Feel like we must of been one of the first to stay in it since it’s renovation. We would definitely rent it again. The only item we noticed it needing was a kettle on the stove. The views were gorgeous, nicely furnished. Very clean. Thanks!!
