Great location, down a quiet street. Very clean, has been recently updated. The kitchen could also use some newer pots/pans but those are all minor & easy fixes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful and peaceful!

What a wonderful time on Seabrook Island. The condo was fabulous - quiet neighborhood, next to a community pool and bike-hiking trails. Close drive to the beach.

This was a great condo for the family. Clean and spacious and well set up. The process with the property manager could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

Dear Coastal Getaways Crew, Our family had a wonderful week of vacation at Seabrook Island. It is our favorite vacation spot. We love that there are no crowds and the island is so beautiful. 2766 Live Oak Villa is a beautiful condo. The beds are exceptionally comfortable which is not always true of a rental unit. We also enjoyed having a pool in the regime—just steps away from the condo.
