For the last 20+ years, I've stayed at one Pelican Watch or another but wanted more room this year. I was not disappointed. Although I gave up being at the beach's edge, it was only a few more steps and the unit was clean, roomy and well-appointed.

Unit was very nice, space was as described and very close to the beach access. Screened in porch was great for meals. Owner had labeled all the light switches, which was helpful. Seabrook requires a car pass, which wasn't a big deal. The island is beautiful! Our kids wanted pool access, so amenity cards were an added expense.

This property could easily qualify as meeting the needs of a home away from home. The whole family enjoyed the accommodations.

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location was convenient to the clubhouse, pool and beach and it was quiet and comfortable. The beds were good and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious for our family needs. Seabrook has a beautiful beach that is great for younger kids! The only thing we thought of as something that we would like to look for in a house for the future is an amenity card for the beach club included with the house and pricing for the week. We had some family members who had this included with their rental so they were often using the pool there and we only had an amenity card for the lake house. Nothing major but just something we saw as a need that we will look for in our future stays on the island. Thanks again for a beautiful stay!

This was a wonderful house for a family getaway to the beach! It was very spacious and the rooms were large . . Three different options for decks to sit on and the beautiful enclosed porch was a great place to eat dinner at night! A short walk to the beach and great location on the island!
