We really enjoyed the villa and the perfect location right across from the beach club!

This was our 4th time to Seabrook (all stays have been at Atrium Villa), first time staying in this specific condo at Atrium Villa. You can’t get a better location, in my opinion. You are right across the street from beach access, the main pool, Pelican’s Nest (restaurant) & beside the beautiful golf clubhouse. This unit could use some updates in the kitchen, but we’re a family with two little kids so we may eat more in the condo than others. Neither bathroom has a removable shower head which also comes in handy with kids & being at the beach. You can hear the footsteps from the unit above you, but not much else. We love that the first floor units have a shaded porch & less sunlight access (again, for small kids trying to sleep). The hosts were wonderful & gave us clear, detailed information. Our family already can’t wait for our next trip!

We had the best time. I was sick for about a week when we first got there, but other than that we had a great time. A few things: Maintenance was wonderful Any time we had an issue, it was resolved. We loved our location and enjoyed our walks on the beach. We look forward to coming back next year. Coastal Getaways has superior customer service and we really appreciate this!

We loved this very private island and beautiful area. The villas are wonderfully located right in the heart of everything. We were a little surprised to find the closest boardwalk was only accessible during low tide since high tide came halfway up the stairs, so we did have to drive the next boardwalk to use the beach. The pool area was nice, though only accessible if you got an amenity card and purchased daily towels. The only things that were not great were the public stairs right by the bedrooms so people could look straight into the rooms when the curtains were opened. And also made sleeping at night more difficult with the hallway lights glaring into both rooms, despite the blackout curtains. Breeze from the sliding doors blew the curtains open, so blocking out the light wasn't possible. The insulation from the upstairs neighbors was shockingly poor. We've lived in lower apartments and never heard that level of noise. We were unable to sleep the two nights guests were upstairs from them walking around until 3am. I hate to leave a poor review, because overall, it was a wonderful location and clean, nice home. But the inability to walk to the beach, the sleeping issues and the cost associated with staying at Seabrook in particular were enough to deter us from coming back and I really depend on these reviews to know where to invest for a trip like this. It sadly felt overpriced for what we got.
