We thought it was very comfortable, clean, plenty of bedding and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. We were very thankful that our grill propane tank was replaced promptly after I texted.It was a perfect setting for our son’s wedding and our guests that came from all over the US and some from Costa Rica. The options for housing were great. The wedding facilities were outstanding. Loved having the boardwalk directly in front of our house. Having the availability of the amenities were great! Unfortunately, We were not able to use the facilities due to not having enough time, but 2 of our guests staying with us were able to go to Pelican’s Nest and able to use the outdoor pool. If we are able to come back for a vacation, I could see us using the amenities!

The house was beautiful and everything was wonderful. Absolutely love Seabrook.

There were 10 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and enough room for all of us. We were not crowded. Kitchen well stocked. Access to the beach was easy and close. We had a great Christmas there.

“The house was in an excellent location. The beach access was very simply a walk down a boarded walk .Amenity cards allowed acces to the pool and sunbathing beach with excellent service and atmosphere. Would do all over again! Oh yes, the house is dog friendly ,clean, modern ,and well supplied. The elevator was an added bonus and would be good for a wheelchair ambulator.”

The house was in the perfect location. The bedrooms were perfect with king beds in all; we loved bathroom access for all bedrooms. We loved having our morning coffee in the screened in porch. The house was clean and spacious. The support staff for the trash cans and yard were very efficient during our stay. The amenity cards were a nice perk.The platform for the outdoor shower was splintered and needs some attention. The carpet was stained and/or fraying and unraveling in places. These are all minor things that can easily be repaired and would not deter us from staying here again. Thanks for having us!

Had 7 adults and 5 kids and we fit perfectly. The house was in fantastic shape and had all the pots, pans, beach equipment, etc… that a family would need.
