Beautiful, clean home, with a gorgeous view. We loved our stay! The home was well stocked and so comfortable. We stay on Seabrook quite a bit, and this was one of our favorite places. We would love to come back for another stay.

We had the best time on SBI and loved this condo. Such a great location and so accessible to all facilities. We hope to come back!

As soon as my family and I arrived, we fell in love with the villa- the location, the grand panoramic views of the marsh, the fresh smell of the home, the amenities, and the four decks/porches!!! Only that we could have used a few extra blankets! We have been coming to Seabrook Island for the past 21 years! This villa ranks as one of the best locations ( a unanimous vote by my family)! For me, the mother of four adult children, I would have to say the deck facing the marsh at night- the breezes, the stars, the sounds of nature. So calming! For my children, they would say the pristine beach and the spacious villa- it was a perfect place for all of us to reconnect! The amenities were great. The only con would be the 5 dollar towel .This stay was one of the most pleasurable! Coastal Getaways of SC did an excellent job of keeping us informed all the way. The property did not disappoint!!! Thank you!!!

We had a great time while on vacation. I had a few concerns at the beginning and sent the host a message letting her know what the situation was and she got back to me promptly. I never found the outdoor shower but the sprayer on the hose worked just as well and our recyclables never got picked up so the container was full from the previous weeks rental, luckily they had a recycle center within the community. Would I stay at that same rental again, probably not but I would stay at one of the host's, Coastal Getaways, rental properties.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this scenic and well-appointed villa! From the moment we opened the door to 1515 Deer Pointe Villa, we were impressed with the panoramic marsh views, the open floor plan, and the number of decks! We felt right at home the entire stay and will sorely miss the star gazing at night, the amazing and calming views of the marsh from the living room, and the freedom we felt staying at such a lovely place!

Property was well kept and in a great location. The property had beach supplies that we were able to utilize. We had one issue with the Air conditioning. The property manager and service provider were able to fix it within hours even late in the day. We had a great family vacation and would absolutely go back.
