This our second time staying at this property. It’s the perfect place to stay on the island. It’s quiet, close to the beach, very clean and cozy. The screened in porch, with a great view of the marsh and part of the beach, is perfect to sit to relax or watch the occasional thunderstorm. We plan on coming back!

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. The screen porch was our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The location was tucked away but also close to everything. We loved our stay!

Rental was nice and clean with good cookware to make some eat in meals. Air conditioner unit upstairs kept it comfortable in the hot weather. Nice view from upstairs deck. We enjoyed our stay at Seabrook.

One of our favorite things was to sit on the screen porch and watch the wildlife in the marsh at all hours of the day.This is a great layout that worked very well for us. The LR-DR-K on the second floor provided great views of the surrounding marshland. It's in a great location on the island; about a 10 minute drive/walk from the beach and 10 minutes from supplies at Freshfields.This was a very well furnished house. We are big cooks and this kitchen was furnished almost as well as home, and far better then many units we've stayed at around the east coast. We really enjoyed and appreciated that, especially since the pandemic dictated that we were going to be cooking in exclusively. We were surprised that the Harris Teeter Freshfields was so well stocked. We packed in a bunch of dry foods and were easily able to find everything else we needed to support it. We were also impressed that most of the stores and patrons in Freshfields were practicing masking and social distancing. That made us more comfortable. This was our 4th visit to Seabrook and 3rd to Creek Watch Villas. We both agree this was the nicest vacation we had to Seabrook. It was really tough to leave and head home.
