The area is lovely and the location of the property is perfect. Not that many restaurants to enjoy. However, not a issue at the same token. What did you like best? Enjoyed how quiet and isolated Seabrook Pines was and felt safe at all times. Was anything missing? Not that I can think of. Any suggestions for improvement? Possibly, more restaurant/grocery store options. Again, not a big issue. Very much enjoyed the property, however, there were a couple of issues. One, there is a bug issue. On day three of our stay, found two enormous cockroaches in the kitchen area. Freaked me out and had to have husband remove them. The main floor bathroom shower does not drain well AT ALL. Stood in two inches of water the entire time I took a shower. On the upstairs outdoor deck facing the golf greens, there is a huge wasp nest near the sitting area. If I child unknowingly get to that area, they certainly will be stung. The air ducts on the upstairs room and the main floor bathroom had a lot condensation and dripped onto us if we were under them. I would suggest the owner, provide some more blankets for the common area as that area gets cold easily. And lastly and most disappointing of all, the grill did not work. Brought flank and NY strips to the place to find the grill NOT WORKING. When you pay $3100 for a week, the place should be in close to perfect condition! Yes, that the amenity cards provide you ACCESS to the gym, tennis courts, etc, HOWEVER, IT WAS IMPLIED ALL WAS FREE TO FIND OUT IT WAS NOT. More hand towels for the kitchen area and better oven gloves bc I burned myself with what was there. There is a roach problem in the kitchen, GRILL IS NOT WORKING, Wasp nest in upper deck facing the golf course, shower on the first floor does not drain leaving two inches of dirty water when showering, and condensation from the upper room vents and main floor bathroom. And lastly, the refrigerator freezer makes a very loud noise and does not stop.
