We had a wonderful vacation and loved the location of this condo. The enormous back porches were awesome and I loved the floor plan. I only wish there was one more cabinet in the kitchen to store food. Our weather was perfect. We rode bikes, went on a fishing trip and had so much fun at beach and beach club. Not mandatory but an insert for the low boil pot would be handy. I say that but the large extra pot we brought doesnt have one either. Being with family at the beach and also just being able to relax in a CLEAN and well cared for beachy home was most enjoyable. We love Seabrook. It is hard to think of a con when it comes to Seabrook!

Everything was wonderful. The house worked really well for our three families. The closeness to the beach was great, and our time in the house was nice and well stocked with dishes and the equipment we needed to cook in for several meals.

Thanks very much, we had another excellent visit and already booked 3702 Bonita for summer 2023! House was excellent as usual! Love the screened porches, we spend every morning and evening out there. And, in between you will find us on the beautiful beach! The layout of the house is perfect for our family and the proximity to the beach and club is ideal. We really enjoyed this house as we brought three generations together to stay together. It was well furnished and equipped for us to do several meals in for our large group.

Beautiful and immaculate Great location and overall wonderful.

The property was terrific. The size was great and it is well maintained.The vast majority of things were there and we really appreciated it. This is referring to the kitchen, bathrooms, cleaning supplies and even the bikes and beach stuff. The ONE thing I would have asked for is some kind of knife sharpener - the knives were dull and dangerous. We looked for a sharpener over at the Harris Teeter but there were none there.
