From the moment I stepped into this unit, I was blown away by the breathtaking view! The huge balcony overlooking the ocean is a paradise on its own—perfect for enjoying breakfast, sipping coffee, or doing some yoga stretches while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. While the balcony was definitely my favorite feature, the inside of the unit is equally impressive. With two bedrooms each having their own bathroom, it's ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together. The spacious living room is perfect for gatherings, and the open kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a contemporary design and a fully equipped kitchen. The surrounding area is stunning, and spotting dolphins passing by from the balcony was the cherry on top. I absolutely loved everything about this place and would definitely love to return. Thank you for hosting our girls' trip—it was unforgettable!

We very much enjoyed our stay and rental - thanks so much! You really couldn’t beat the location right across from the pool/beach. Also, the entire rental was clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Picking up the gate pass and amenity card was very simple and quick - more so than we expected when reading all the information provided. We really enjoyed our stay and vacation at Seabrook Island! Very family-friendly which was perfect for us! Thanks again, we will definitely look into renting directly from Coastal Getaways in the future.

The location and the view was the most obvious plus with this property. It was really clean and well maintained. We were visiting the island for a family wedding and we were not disappointed. We had never been to South Carolina before and loved everything Seabrook Island had to offer. We visited local attractions like the Angel Oak, Patriots Point, a plantation, and nearby shopping. My family and I walked along the beaches and enjoyed the island wildlife. It is very different from the midwest. I would definitely try to stay at this same Villa again if we were to revisit the island. This Villa is well taken care of and any minor repairs that needed to be done were done very quickly.We brought most things that we needed, and it was nice to find some extra of everything. Although we did not need them, it was nice to find extra shampoo, dish soap, sun screen, ziplock bags, and beach chairs. Everything was provided that we would need. When I make a public review I will mention how well you are taking care of this location.

We absolutely loved our choice with this Villa. There was plenty of space for my family of four. Parking was easy and covered which helped keep it cool. The location was at the center of everything. It was right across the street from the pool, restaurant, coffee shop, and the beach. My wife and I will miss sitting on the patio with our coffee, looking out to the ocean every morning and enjoying the breeze. It was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at 2935 Atrium Villa. Love the porch and amenities of Seabrook. Cons would be not enough seating in living area and couch not very comfortable to sit on. Need hooks or hook racks for towels, swimsuits, etc. Need new shower curtain and liner. Would rent again.

Super location. Relaxing on the deck listening to the waves is great!! Beautiful, well equipped home.
