It was perfect! We loved the golf course view and the short bike ride to the beach. The property is nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. Enjoying coffee and dinner out in the screened in porch every morning and evening was one of my favorite things to do. This was one of our favorite beach vacations and we will definitely book again!

Costal Getaways was great, very smooth and excellent service and value. The villa was perfect for us. There was nothing more we could have asked for, everything was perfect. The villa was clean and very well prepared for our stay, we enjoyed it immensely.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at 2780 Live Oak Villa!! We arrived to a very clean and refreshingly smelling villa! This was our second year in this villa and felt as if it was a bit better than the previous year. The musty smell that was overwhelming last year was not there as all rooms had a fresh smell throughout our stay. The gentleman who owns below us and was a bit grumpy last year was extremely polite and friendly this year and even said “ you are good neighbors “ Pool was very clean and a welcome relief from the heat after spending the day at the beach. It was a wonderful time for our family and if all goes as planned we will return next year only this time we will probably book directly through your company versus VRBO and save a bit. Thank you for the $100.00 return guest credit.. it was an outward display of the sincerity of your hearts when you say Welcome Back!!

Beautiful villa with its own neighborhood pool just steps away. Short bike ride to one beach area and a quick spin down the scenic road to a bigger beach access. Well maintained , clean and kitchen was fully stocked for evening meals on the screened in veranda . Such a sweet area with morning and evening views of the deer and their young. Loved this villa ! Perfect!!

Oak Villa was a nice condo with everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean and the location was great. It was well appointed and the furniture was nice. Having the pool was nice for the little ones we had on the trip.The only drawback was the condo did smell musty and porches were dirty which made us not want to sit out there but everyone did enjoy there stay.

Hi Nancy and Coastal Getaways team thank you, so much, for the great communication and a wonderful stay. We truly loved the Villa and all of our time on Seabrook. The location is truly perfect, with the nature all around, seeing wildlife, stargazing, walking, biking and easy access to the beach and clubhouse area. The Villa was very spacious for our family with all of the separate bed/bath areas, as well as the three porch areas. We spent a lot of time on the porches! The bathrooms and towels provided were great, and always had hot water for all 6 showers! That was so nice! Having such large closets and storage space in each room was great to keep everything tidy, which I love during vacation. Helps me relax. Enjoyed the living room/dining room and large kitchen as well! We really appreciated having the washer/dryer, start up toiletries/dishwasher/washer supplies. There was a good amount. Having the beach chairs there (and sand toys if needed) was a nice surprise as I did not read that in description and we left ours at home! The Villa AC and ceiling fans, other fans and screens for doors were absolutely perfect. Temperature was comfortable for everyone at all times. Even were able to turn AC off a bit and listen to the nature sounds at night. Loved that. We were very thankful! We also Used the Explorie feature to get a free bicycle for the whole week. We rented 3, then got a fourth through your special offer. That is really a nice feature and was appreciated. The people there were so very kind and helpful! Truly, we found the home wonderful and had the very best, relaxing time. We would rent this property again without hesitation and recommend to others. So much to do on Seabrook, as well as surrounding areas and even into Charleston. Our only problem was, we should have rented for two weeks instead of one! Next time we will!
