Absolutely loved our stay at 1306! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable! We like the location because of the wonderful view, although we drove down to Walk #2 for our beach time! We have enjoyed Seabrook last year and this year and hope to book next year’s visit soon!

A great stay. We loved watching the shrimp boats come in.

Beautiful property. Clean, lovely decor, and had everything we needed. Several deer joined us for coffee the first morning and the dolphin put on a show for us while we had our cocktail. The sunsets were incredible! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this property. It is so clean, fresh, comfortable and quiet. The views are incredible-all day, but especially at sunset! The location overall was just wonderful-so convenient to everything. We’ll be back!

The condo was perfectly located to all of the amenities and beach. The 2nd floor provided a great view of the ocean. Loved Seabrook and will come back again!
