What a great property right on the beach. Although it’s 1 bedroom, it has 2 baths and lots of space for us, our 2 kids and our dog. Overlooks the water and has direct boardwalk access. We loved it!

The pictures don’t do it justice! It was so nice and clean and quiet. We loved having a drink on the balcony to watch the sunset and how quick the access was to get on the beach. Also being allowed to have your dog off leash after 5pm was so fun. Love it! Hopefully doing to make this a tradition!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location! The mattress was pretty hard. That would be easily resolved with a simple mattress topper.

I enjoyed my stay very much at Pelican Watch 13106. Very comfortable bed and couch. Very clean.of the fabric. This is was the most comfortable Pelican Watch I've stayed at. I've been coming here since it was first built. Love Seabrook Island. Thank you so much!
