We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

The kitchen is well equipped and was very clean throughout! We’ve stayed in numerous Villas at Pelican Watch,the bed in this was very comfortable! 😀

This unit in Pelicans Watch is a perfect location for easy access to the beach, the club, and getting on and off the island. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

We had a nice 3-night stay here in October for our Fall Break. The pull out sofa was comfortable for my son. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need for a nice stay. We will definitely be back!!

Pictures and description of everything was completely accurate. Property is maintained very well and is right on the beach. It is on the first floor so you do have someone right above you, but this was not an issue for us. The check-in/check-out process was great because there really isn't one. You get your temp gate pass via email, the gate gives your permanent pass when you arrive (at any time of day), key is in a lockbox which the code is emailed before-hand. Only constructive feedback I have is there was only 1 key provided. Would have been nice to have 2 but not the end of the world.
