We had a wonderful two week stay. Great location, comfy beds and kitchen stocked with home items we needed for our stay.

Great location and clean property.

The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time in that room. The locations was perfect, only minutes from the beach and pool. It's a lovely area with a mother deer and her baby romping in the yard and a buck just laying down resting in the landscape. The bike riding on the beach was great. We rode to the dolphin stranding almost every night. The area is wonderful, you have the beauty of. nature and the convenience of stores just a short ride away. The Lakehouse pool was our families favorite pool in the facility. We love that the beach area has not been commercialized with hotels, restaurants and homes right on the beach. The beach area is nice and wide A great vacation area!

We had a wonderful time in 743 Spinnaker. It is a very nice, completely updated 2 bedroom unit. The Villa was very well stocked - had everything we needed. The screen porch was especially nice to be able to enjoy as the weather was perfect for porch sitting. Very nice, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable furniture. Appreciated the extra supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc.). Lots of bath towels. Perfect weather, great Villa, beach club was not too crowded. Beach was perfect for long walks.We really enjoy the Beach Club. We did eat at the Island House (Palmetto Dining Room) one night. Food was mediocre and service was slow. Do not like having to pay for towels (especially since they are required)

We had a wonderful time and 743 Spinnaker was a great place to call home for a week! We had everything we needed. I have rented thirty vacation properties over the years and this one is right near the top. Thank you Coastal Getaways for the great service and I loved the information binder on activities, restaurants etc. on the island – great idea!

Seabrook was amazing, just enough activities and nearby dining, but the beaches were not overcrowded at all. The Villa was perfect for our family of 5. Large TV’s in every room, beds were incredibly comfortable (possibly the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental). The Villa was well appointed. Proximity to beach and pool was perfect! The couches and furniture were large and incredibly comfortable. The only item of note, was that the 2nd bedroom furniture was changed from when we booked the villa. Originally it was supposed to have (2) bunk beds one with a queen bottom, and it was changed to (2) queen beds. So (2) of our kids had to share a bed, but it ended up being fine.
