This was a wonderful property! Well equipped kitchen and everything needed was available. We felt very welcomed. There was not an HDMI cord for the DVD player on the main TV. This may have been intentional, but this is just an FYI.We love everything about Seabrook. Riding bikes everywhere is always a highlight. This year some of our group was able to see dolphins strand feeding at North Beach. We played a ton of pickleball this trip too! I think the check in process for guests at the Lake House could be easier. With amenity cards, wouldn't it be possible to swip the cards electronically instead of having to write your names on a paper with check in time every visit? Check in is so easy with Coastal Getaways of SC- the gate passes are ready when you show up at the gate and the keys are right at the house. We are so often delayed on flights and frazzled when we arrive that the ease of your process is a lifesaver every time! Thank you for a great villa and home for us to stay over the holiday! We will definitely be returing to 779 in the future!

This was our first time at Seabrook and we really enjoyed it. The condo, the Island and amenities were all wonderful. The only thing I would like to improve upon the next time is to have an ocean or water view. We look forward to working with you on our next coastal vacation. The property was well maintained, stocked and easily accessible. We enjoyed the easy pace of life, easy access to the beach and amenities.

Well maintained, stocked and located property. Quiet wooded area, close to the beach and the beach with easy access to Seabrook amenities. Will be back.

This unit was very comfortable for our family of four. It was well stocked with everything we needed and close to the beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and the management staff was easy to communicate with. Would prefer extra garbage bags and paper towels for the week, but overall was a beautiful place and would highly recommend.
