This was possibly the most relaxing week we've had at the beach, and that's saying a lot considering we've been coming to Kiawah/Seabrook for about 9 years and have never had a bad week!! The house is perfect for our families, size and sleeping arrangements. The only things we noticed this time around (I think this is the 3rd year we've stayed in this house) is that some of the appliances may need some TLC. The toaster is on it's last legs (not a big deal), and so is the washing machine. We couldn't get it to wash anything without an OL error, even when we tried a load with 4 very light cold water items. My kids tend to chafe, so we usually wash swimsuits and towels daily, so it was a little inconvenient. I called and they said they would see when they could get someone out to look at it, but I never got a return call and as far as I know no one checked on it. Definitely didn't ruin our vacation by any means, just wanted to make sure the issue was communicated! Thanks!

We loved spending time with family and having a place big enough for us all was the most enjoyable! The property was nice and thankfully big enough! Love that they had almost everything we would need already there. The wrap around porch was amazing. We spent most of our time there. Everything anyone would need was found in the house! It was awesome! We were even finding things like a Keurig coffee pot before we left! The fact that they had beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and beach toys was awesome! Seriously everything one would need! The bicycles were an added bonus though only 2 were rideable. The house was wonderful and perfect for our big family. Overall it was a perfect vacation in a perfect house! Thank you again so very much we will be back in a few years to stay with you again! Thank you.

We love Seabrook Island it is laid back, quiet and the beaches are not crowded. My first impression of this property- bright and sunny. The bedrooms were like having mini apartments with them being on different levels. Lots of room to roam!We absolutely loved this house! The decks were great giving us more room to relax. We are looking forward to renting this home again next year. Oh by the way working with Coastal Getaways was a pleasure!

We had the best time during our stay at Seabrook last weekend. The house, and Island, was the perfect place for a reunion of old friends! We found the house to have everything we needed and loved its close location to the beach. This was everyone's first time to Seabrook and we all found it to be a very beautiful, and special, place! We are all already looking forward to our return trip next year. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Our family loved staying in this bright and cheerful beach haven! We had more than enough room to spread out, but really enjoyed being all together in the big open great room, dining space and kitchen. We loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed sitting on the double porches after long days in the sun. This home is perfect for large extended family vacations. We will be back every year!
