I will be back!!! Our first vacation in 8 years. Our son stays at another house for the week but it was wonderful having beach access. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked in all 3 nights which I don't do at home.

It was overstocked in the best way possible. literally from spices and a full kitchen, to dog towels, sand chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, and more. I loved how stocked everything was as I have never stayed at a place like that before. This home is amazing and exactly as described with the beautiful kitchen, luxury bathroom, and an amazing beach view. I loved every second of staying there and definitely hope to come back again in a few years. it was like staying on a nature reserve as you could just have deer walk right infront of your porch or see alligators or super cool birds on your drive to the store. I highly recommend this home and I'm so glad it was dog friendly as our fur baby had an amazing time too! The host is also incredibly fast at responding as I had a small issue(completely unrelated to the stay, just issue with a neighbor) and was resolved incredibly fast. 10 out of 10 stars and truly hope I can come back again soon

Good little 1-bedroom condo unit, perfect for a couples getaway. Easy access to beaches, golf, club amenities on the island. Very cozy balcony with shade all day.

Crazy convenient beach access for us and our pooch!

We loved the location. Well appointed and nicely decorated. We decided to go to Seabrook for our anniversary. Trusing online reviews and desire to be by the water, we chose to stay at 1305 Pelican Watch Villa .  Our expecations were exceeded.The location of this villa was perfect for us. a first floor unit,easily accessible, very close to the boardwalk leading to the beach, with a covered patio offering a view of the water. We were able to take walks on the beach, view beautiful sunsets, and enjoy watching the many birds.The unit is nicely decorated, and offers a fully equipped kitchen, with both a Keurig and coffee maker. We were able to find anything we needed to prepare a meal.
