We have stayed here before and its a great place. The house is well stocked but we seem to be in short supply of towels this time for some reason. Everything else was wonderful as usual. Coastal Getaways information is always very helpful in preparing us for the trip and helping us understand to arrival and departure expectations.

This was our second stay at 725 Spinnaker so we feel quite at home! We love that it is so close to the beach, and dog friendly! The view of the golf course is wonderful, and we love to use the deck off the master bedroom for the afternoon sun. The owner provided great local beachy reads! Thank you for following up...we really enjoy renting through Coastal, and have already reserved our next winter rental.

We had a wonderful time at 725 Spinnaker. All of the information that was emailed to us in advance was helpful and complete. The unit was clean and smelled good upon our arrival. I think the things we enjoyed most about the property were the views, the proximity to the beach access, and the peace and quiet. Everything that we needed was provided. We especially appreciated having the flashlight in the unit since we forgot to bring ours to use when walking our dog at night. One little thing that could have made our stay even better would be to have 2 extra hand towels available in the master bath. There was 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person, and 1 hand towel for the sink area. I would have liked to have 2 additional hand towels— one to use on my hair after shampooing/showering, and one to replace the hand towel at the sink when it had been used for a few days.  The only thing in the kitchen that could have been improved was the silverware drawer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there were some crumbs and stains in the tray. We reserved amenity cards in advance and picked them up from the lockbox, but did not take advantage of the island amenities because we were there for a weekend wedding.  We were very happy with the property, thank you so much.
