We really loved the location of the condo. It was nicely decorated and the view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the towels, etc. My daughter’s socks were black after walking on the floor the first night…so we just made sure to wear our shoes inside. There was a wasp’s nest on the deck, and Coastal Getaways responded right away with a maintenance person to get it remedied. The instructions for checkout were a bit confusing between varying instructions through emails, and then the list provided in the condo board ok. Otherwise, we have a wonderful three-night stay!

We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was charming. We loved having breakfast on the deck and watching the deer each morning. Seabrook is a gem. It's the perfect place to slow down and enjoy quality family time. Sidenote: There were wasp making a nest outside on the deck. We didn't see any spary so we called maintenance. He said he would come and spray, but never did.

Have stayed in Pelican Watch villas 4-5 times; this one on par with the rest; well appointed and in good, clean condition.Unit adequately stocked for 2 people.Unit and processes (checkin, checkout, gate access, amenity cards) all as described and went smoothly

Was very pleased with my stay here. Very clean property, great area, with great beach access. All around great trip!

The most serene and quiet beach vacation location ever! The sunsets at Pelican Watch Villas were just awesome! Its a quick walk on the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. Excellent accomodations. Unit was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Seabrook Island is beautiful. The only negative comment ia that it was at least a 30 or 40 min drive to destinations such as shopping and restaurants outside of Seabrook Island. Fresh Fields grocery store was convenient and a bit of a drive from Pelican Watch Villas. Will consider returning and recommending this location if you want a quiet relaxing getaway. .

Absolutely loved this little place..VERY clean..floor wasn't sandy..Loved that there were little extras of different things that most rentals don't offer..(towels, toilet paper, ziploc bags) There were also beach chairs and an umbrella available as well..I do wish there was full beach access to walk to the Pelicans Nest Restaurant and pool..My only complaints would be that the bed was quite hard and could use a softer mattress topper, even though listing says its new, and that you can hear every footstep from above renters/tenants. We would definitely stay again, but in season because the Capt Sams pool bar was closed and they have the best frozen drinks.
