2251 Catesby's Bluff was wonderful for our family of 7 adults and one baby. We loved the location, the layout of the house, and most especially the large kitchen, dining, and living area. The house was well stocked with everything you'd need for cooking (which we did most nights since we had a baby) and has been updated so nicely! The AC went on the blink a little bit one day, but someone came very quickly to remedy that...it ended up being something minor with the upstairs thermostat. It is so nice that there is a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and two bikes available for renters to use. We didn't use the bikes since we had already rented several (not knowing the condition of the ones there), but they looked to be in great condition. Having access to the garage was very nice and gracious as well, and made it easy to get equipment in and out and put it away after cleaning it. I really loved this house so much....I was sad to leave it, and as always, sad to leave Seabrook when our week was over. I love so many things about Seabrook and will always come back.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. Anything we needed in the kitchen was found. Plenty of cookware, serving dishes, glassware for all types of drinks. A/C worked great and kept the house cool even with temps in the 90s. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of very nice bath towels for all four en-suite bathrooms. Washer and dryer were handy. Access to the house was easy using the lockbox. Reaching the boardwalk to the beach was only a short walk away. Overall, a great experience was had by all. We would definitely book this home again. The properly management company was very responsive. There was an odor in the garage area and they came immediately to remedy the issue. They also power washed the outdoor shower that had collected pine straw and palm frond debris. If I made a suggestion it would be that the gas grill be attended after guests leave. There was an enormous buildup of charred residue and grease in the bottom that resulted in flames that couldn’t be controlled before our meal was ruined. On the plus side, the resulting ash was easily scooped away the next day leaving the grill ready for safe use.

THE INTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, IN FACT THE MOST COMFORTABLE COMPARED TO THE LAST TWO RENTALS WE USED PREVIOUSLY. KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED.

We would stay here over and over and over again. The kitchen is dreamy, all the rooms are so nice. Our family has stayed in 15+ houses on the island and this is the top one! You can walk to the beach from board walk 2 which is just around the corner

We enjoyed our visit to Seabrook very much…this was our fourth visit to seabrook and it was great! Over all it was an A+

Pool club is exceptional. As far as property, it was very adequate for our family and location is ideal for getting everyone to beach. Plenty of bedrooms(we had six adults and four children 6,4,3 & 1). As far as conditions, bathrooms nice. Kitchen nice but cleaning supplies limited. Dishwasher leaked but promptly fixed.
