735 Spinnaker is directly across from Boardwalk #9. Close to pools, beach, golf courses and the Pelican’s Nest. Come play pickleball, tennis, bocci or ride horses on the beach. It’s heaven on earth.

Very clean, everything perfect, good job

Property had everything we needed for a long weekend at Seabrook. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, great view of the lagoon and golf course, and a short walk to the beach. Carpets could use a good cleaning, but otherwise no complaints. Excellent place for a couple or small family.

Extraordinary stay! We came from Western North Carolina ( Asheville) 2 weeks after Helen and it felt like heaven! We were able to spend some time in this property.  We love Seabrook.  We moved from another property as it was previously booked and we wanted to extend our stay.

Extraordinary stay! We came from Western North Carolina ( Asheville) 2 weeks after Helen and it felt like heaven! The space was more beautiful than the photos, a short walk to a calm beach, phenomenal community and fully stoked with everything we didn’t want to transport after the devastation at home. The rooms are large with cozy beds, the view of the golf course is incredible and they even had a wagon with beach toys and chairs for our children and my mother. Coastal is outstanding all around, helpful, kind, friendly and compassionate when helping us navigate some hiccups. Plus, our children were able to receive some equine therapy which was a huge plus. All around marvelous!!!Coastal ladies- you are magnificent!!!!! Thanks for making our stay ( and evacuation) magical!
