Overall, the property was perfect for our stay for what we needed! The unit did show some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the bathrooms, however, the bedrooms and living area were lovely. Coffee filters would be helpful@ Not a big issue, just something we did not necessarily think about as normal k-cup users at hom. The beaches were lovely, and we enjoyed that they were easy to access and not overcrowded. We also appreciate how dog-friendly the area was!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect and the location was just what we wanted. Your company was also very easy to deal with and very responsive for a trip that was booked so last minute.

1327 Pelican Watch Villa was the perfect little villa for our two week stay on Seabrook Island. The couch and the bed are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with a nice array of kitchenware for cooking and eating your meals in house which we did most evenings. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch were breathtaking! Honestly, we’ve never seen anything like them! The ocean views from the porch are amazing and so relaxing. Our dog loved her daily walks on the beach and throughout the neighborhoods meeting lots of dog-friendly families. Bike rides around the island looking at all the beautiful homes and seeing the horses at the equestrian center was a fun way to spend the day. The Amenity Card is a nice bonus . . . it gave us access to the pool overlooking the ocean just a short walk or bike ride away. The pool water was too cold for us, but sitting poolside and watching the ocean was just what the doctor ordered! Seabrook Island should be on everyone’s bucket list and this villa is perfect for your stay! Looking forward to our return visit in 2025.

It was all great. It was a return to Seabrook. Third time renting from you. Zero complaints.We thought the property was ideal for us. Very well equipped, great condition, great view, and we loved being on the end of the property. Probably the best equipped rental we have ever had. The binoculars probably should be replaced but that was really not an issue.We will probably return and request this property.

It was SO CLEAN and well decorated. It was perfect for my wedding weekend for my now husband and our two pups. It was so close to the beach, Seabrook island Club, pool. We can’t wait to come back and rent the same place. Coastal Getaways was very communicative. Thank you.
