Extraordinary stay! We came from Western North Carolina ( Asheville) 2 weeks after Helen and it felt like heaven!
The space was more beautiful than the photos, a short walk to a calm beach, phenomenal community and fully stoked with everything we didn’t want to transport after the devastation at home. The rooms are large with cozy beds, the view of the golf course is incredible and they even had a wagon with beach toys and chairs for our children and my mother.
Coastal is outstanding all around, helpful, kind, friendly and compassionate when helping us navigate some hiccups.
Plus, our children were able to receive some equine therapy which was a huge plus.
All around marvelous!!!

We were displaced do to hurricane Helene and we were able to quickly and easily move our family into the townhouse. It was spacious and enough room for everyone to find a place of solitude. Easy access to pool and walking trails as well as a quick ride to the beach. A blessing in a turbulent time for our family.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We were 3 families staying together for our Fall Break. We were originally booked for a trip to Tennessee but Hurricane Helene hit us in Greenville, SC as well as NC and TN , so after we cleaned up our homes we thought it made more sense to head away from the devastation. We found this place last minute and it did not disappoint. I'll start with the positives: we LOVED starting our day with morning coffee in the sun room. The view was spectacular and we were able to watch the kids fishing while we sipped coffee. The house was beautifully staged/decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of small touches that were much appreciated, like the K cups in the drawer, the ziplock bags, decorative napkins/candles (which we used for a birthday!). The garage was filled with toys and beach goodies, even a Shibumi! The kids loved having access to paddle boards. The horse trail out back was a huge hit! we saw people on horse back every day. We even saw dolphins in the marsh, they swam right by us one morning while we sat on the pier. The location of this house is perfect- we were able to bike to Freshfields, bike to the pool and beach, bike and walk to the crab dock.Having the marsh access for fishing was the highlight of our kid's trip. Thank you, Coastal Getaways, you guys are the best!

We loved our stay! Of course we love the beach and accessibility to it at Pelican Watch Villa 1317. Pelican Watch 1317 is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. We had most everything we needed. The dishes, glasses, and silverware were perfect!! One thing that might be handy to have is a cookie sheet in the kitchen. We had so many beautiful towels, both bathroom and kitchen. The bed is comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedroom, as well as drawer and closet space. The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked great! We would definitely stay in 1317 again!! Great stay, along with respite time following our difficult situation in North Carolina. A huge thank you to Gretchen at Coastal Getaways, who so perfectly helped us book an extra day on September 30! We’ll be back to Seabrook Island! Thank you !

We were very satisfied with 1220 Creekwatch. I've visited Seabrook dozens of times over the last 30+ years and our stay in this villa was among my best experiences. The views over the marsh and out to the ocean were excellent. This expanded unit was very well furnished. Plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Bathrooms (remodeled) and kitchen (new appliances) were in excellent condition.Working with Coastal Getaways is always a pleasure. I felt well informed and was satisfied with the value provided.
